196 / AL-F01 — MINE CRANE FIVE-STAGE LIFTING HOLD & RELEASE
AL-F01 is the original editable five-stage mine CRANES, RIGGING & LIFTING HOLD / RELEASE and handover form. It is designed to stop the progression of a planned mine lift until the mine's required witnessed and permit-linked stages have been formally released.
WHY THIS ORIGINAL LIFTING CONTROL MATTERS
A lift cannot proceed on crane certification alone when the supporting ground is unverified, the load route crosses powerlines or live haul trucks, or the critical lift witness has not accepted the trial movement. The final load landing and demobilisation also require a controlled closeout so temporary lifting equipment and traffic restrictions are not left unsafe.
FIVE MINE WITNESSED HOLD / RELEASE STAGES
1. Lift approval and ground-bearing evaluation accepted. 2. Plant/rigging inspection and operator competence verified. 3. Exclusion zone and powerline release documented.
4. Trial lift and critical-lift hold point cleared. 5. Safe load landing and demobilisation confirmed.
ACTUAL EDITABLE SOURCE FIELDS AND RELEASE
Unlike a ten-row YES/NO pre-start, this ORIGINAL has FIVE numbered HOLD / STOP POINTS, each with STATUS (Hold / Release / N/A) and VERIFIER / RECORD (evidence, time and signature). It captures Mine/site, Area/equipment, Supervisor, Company, Permit/work order and Host-mine work owner, plus separate FINAL CONTRACTOR ACCEPTANCE and HOST-MINE RELEASE name/signature/date.
The printed NO RELEASE IF rule prevents advancing when an applicable permit, independently witnessed technical hold or mine acceptance is outstanding. Enter real ground-bearing evidence, competent operator/plant IDs, overhead restrictions and the lift release, not a contractor-assumed sign-off.
BUY THIS SINGLE OR THE COMPLETE MINE COLLECTION?
This identical original purchaser-licensed editable Word DOCX is ALREADY INCLUDED in the 386-document Surface Mining Checklist Package and in the full Surface Mining Contractor Health and Safety File. Buyers of the larger collections receive this same specialist lifting control with other mining management and trade documents, without purchasing the Single a second time. Host mine lifting and dispatch authority remains controlling.
