192 / AL-00 — MINE CRANES AND LIFTING ANNEXURE ACTIVATION INDEX
AL-00 is the original editable Word ANNEXURE SCOPE / ACTIVATION AND EVIDENCE INDEX for mobile cranes, truck-mounted handling, rigging, hoists and specialist lifting within mine boundaries. It tells contractors which underlying source forms should sit behind an approved work order; it does not make a lift legal or safe merely by being filed.
WHY THIS ORIGINAL LIFTING CONTROL MATTERS
A safety-file package can contain technical lift documents yet fail at the workface because a critical hold release, mine transport closure or current competence record is missing. A workpack activation index prevents confusion about which form covers pre-start, lifting results, defects, personnel authorisation and crew briefing.
SEVEN ORIGINAL EVIDENCE INDEX REFERENCES
1. AL-C01 — crane and rigging task pre-start/workface readiness. 2. AL-F01 — mine-owned lift HOLD / RELEASE stages. 3. AL-R01 — competence, licences, permits and equipment authorisation. 4. AL-T01 — lift inspection, test and completion evidence.
5. AL-R02 — repeat inspection, defects and corrective action register. 6. AL-TT01/02 — dedicated critical-lift and rigging toolbox discussions. 7. CORE A–AA / AB — mine access, PPE, incident, emergency and permissions.
ACTUAL EDITABLE SOURCE FIELDS AND RELEASE
The original has SEVEN document reference entries in a THREE-COLUMN matrix: DOCUMENT, WHY / WHERE IT IS USED and SOURCE / EVIDENCE REF. Enter Mine/site, Work scope/location, Permit/RA version, Company, Host area owner and Annexure active (Y/N), then mark ACTIVE or N/A with supporting evidence. The references are not seven numerical lift checks.
The trade activation note restricts work to authorised mine equipment, zones and task risk assessments. Critical lifting and statutory engineering duties remain with qualified mine-approved personnel and require any separate lifting plans, certificates, permits and releases. Listing a form does not confer authority.
BUY THIS SINGLE OR THE COMPLETE MINE COLLECTION?
This identical original purchaser-licensed editable Word DOCX is ALREADY INCLUDED in the 386-document Surface Mining Checklist Package and in the full Surface Mining Contractor Health and Safety File. Buyers of the larger collections receive this same specialist lifting control with other mining management and trade documents, without purchasing the Single a second time. Host mine lifting and dispatch authority remains controlling.
