AJ-C02 is the original editable SEVEN-ROW changed-conditions reassessment checklist for mine logistics after a blast, weather event, different delivery vehicle, crew shift or altered storage arrangement. It begins with the current goods-received/batch record so that later chemical and traffic decisions relate to the correct consignment.
WHY THIS MINE DELIVERY AND STORAGE CONTROL MATTERS
A relocated drum or replaced pallet can create an incompatible chemical stack even when the original area was approved. A new forklift route can cross active pit haulage, while a changed waste consignment or critical-spare issue may break traceability. This form requires the storekeeper and mine owner to reconsider the whole chain.
