Mark each specialist AC–AV section USE or NOT APPLICABLE against the actual work order. Record the workpack reference or genuine N/A basis and name the responsible person reviewing which pages will be printed/issued. Keep the controlling A–AA and refinery AB requirements intact; do not delete mandatory operating-facility interface records.

Selection is not an operator work permit

The operator must independently accept the work order, contractor, boundaries and necessary permits. Ticking a specialist trade here does not authorise mobilisation, isolation, process-system access or return to service.
